“I recently just went on a big China trip and visited the beautiful Zhangjiajie region. Staying at No. 5 Valley was an incredible experience. The host Frankie was super helpful and hospitable. The property is in a very scenic, remote area. Around 1 hour from Zhangjiajie Train Station. The food options were vast and very accommodative and the resort. Had several activities going on throughout the day. Arts and crafts, tea ceremonies and much more. I really enjoyed my stay and I'm looking forward...

“This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. I rarely give reviews but the staff here are deserving of recognition. Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed.”

“The owner made things very easy for us. The best host even we had a language barrier, she tried her best to help us. We had very generous breakfast. The property is very clean. The site location scenery are fantastic. We had a room with glass all around. We would recommend this place to everyone. We would like to suggest to Expedia is to put the adresse of the Warm place clearer with the phone number of the owner and her her name so we can contact her. We spent 3hours with the local taxi...
