“It was a very memorable stay for our family here. The view was exceptional. The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating. I would love to stay here again next time I visit. ”

“This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. I rarely give reviews but the staff here are deserving of recognition. Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed.”

“The owner made things very easy for us. The best host even we had a language barrier, she tried her best to help us. We had very generous breakfast. The property is very clean. The site location scenery are fantastic. We had a room with glass all around. We would recommend this place to everyone. We would like to suggest to Expedia is to put the adresse of the Warm place clearer with the phone number of the owner and her her name so we can contact her. We spent 3hours with the local taxi...
