I overheard one staff member talking a customer through an issue and she kept explaining in a very calm and friendly tone until the customer thoroughly understood the problem as well as the solution. Fantastic place to stay.”

“We only stayed for a quick pit stop while traveling but the room was clean and comfortable with delicious smelling toiletries! The in-room coffee maker made for a quick departure to get back on the road in the morning. My only concern was the outside door that was supposed to be locked was propped open with a wooden wedge. This compromised the security of all guests. ”
