“The hotel is historic and right in the middle of town. There are plenty of dining options close by. The hotel is in need of updates. My room had peeling wallpaper and paint. It wouldn’t take much to fix it and still remain charming. My room was also very noisy.”

I did one small load of laundry and it cost $16, $8 for washer and dryer machine tokens, $4 for a single packet of soap and $4 for three dryer sheets. Fairly outrageous. Otherwise a reasonable stay.”
“Sitka Hotel är ett bra hotell mitt i Sitkas historiska centrum. Liksom de flesta andra hotell i Alaska är det dock inte prisvärt. Ett plus är också restaurangen i hotellet som erbjuder frukost (som inte ingår i priset). Mycket bra också att hotellet lämnade mig gratis på flygplatsen (utbudet av annan marktransport, t ex taxi och buss verkade begränsat)”
“This hotel is CLEAN, comfortable bed, good shower, and quiet. Much needed stay overnight before our trip home to the east coast the next morning. Hotel is within walking chance of restaurants and airport. Easily walked from and to airport, as well as lunch and coffee place. I travel a lot and rarely stay in hotels because I always end up paying a ton of money for musty wet carpet and an uncomfortable bed or cold shower.
