“Disappointing Experience – Cricket Problem in Multiple Rooms
I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Austin South and had a very disappointing experience due to crickets being present in multiple rooms.
During my first night, I discovered a cricket in my room, and my colleague experienced the same issue in his room. I reported the problem to the receptionist the following day, and he kindly offered to move me to another room.
Unfortunately, I found another cricket in the second room, which I...

“Overall, our stay at this property was decent the staff and anyone we interacted with we’re very helpful. Our room was cleaned every day, which was nice. We forgot Q-tips though and they wanted to charge us $8.50 for a small little container of Q-tips, which is insanity. We had a small leak in the ceiling above our toilet that would require the toilet to be wiped off the water pressure in the shower was a little weak. Some of the enamel was chipping off the inside of the tub one of the TV...
