“Would stay again!”

“Great hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved. The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive.”

“The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and friendly. Helped me with no issues and every-time they seen me asked if everything was okay or if I needed anything their customer service was fantastic. Will stay again very soon. ”

“Overall I Really Enjoyed My Stay. My check in process did cause some irritation. My reservation was not set up properly & I was assigned the wrong type of room. However, the STAFF was my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. Everyone was so welcoming & willing to help. The hotel is beautiful. I picked the hotel due to the artsy look of it. In person, it was even better. “This was a great spot for mini get away from Cleveland Ohio. Love the size of the cabin. Our cabin was right across from the 2 pool area. Love the shuttle to and from Kings island. Great for families vacation. Each cabin had its own fire 🔥 pit grill and picnic table. Kids loved the loft area a little warm upstairs but do able. Parking spaces right next your cabin. Great family vacation spot. A big family could rent more than one cabin. Love ❤️ all the activities they provide at the campground....
