“This hotel is very convenient if you plan to use the Cincinnati airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle that runs every half hour. The staff was extremely helpful to me as a blind person traveling with a service dog. I was also very pleased that I could get a cup of fresh coffee at 3 AM.”

“Staff was amazing both front desk and breakfast area. Everyone was kind, attentive, and accommodating. They even went above to tend to my children with coloring pages at breakfast. We used the laundry facilities during our stay and they were clean and well maintained. We had a minor issue with sugar ants in part of our room one night and the staff was very apologetic and sought some sort of remedy immediately. ”

“The most comfortable bed was waiting for my dead tired body. I really didn’t want to climb out of it when my alarm went off at 3:00. I’m a woman, traveling alone and felt very safe the entire time. Thank you. ”
