“This was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay as we were attending a band competition at the high school only a few miles away. Don greeted us and helped us get settled. Will definitely be staying here again soon.”

“Old room, smelled really weird. Kinda dirty but not horrible. Needs to be updated bad. Fridge and tv worked. Cheap hotel, okay for a night. We bring our own towels, wash cloths and bedding because I don’t trust these low rate hotels on those. No bugs so thats a plus.”

“Room was clean. Definitely older property. Pets allowed which was great! My door however did not have any interior installation so it was not as secure as I would like and allowed noise and sunlight through it. In room fridge definitely needed to be cleaned better. ”

“Very clean apartment-style carriage house. Perfect size for a couple. Great walking distance to shops and river walk. The parking garage is right for larger vehicles bc of the water heater. My subaru outback fit, but our neighbor’s Jeep Wagoneer couldn’t fit. We luckily met them immediately and worked out to just switch garage spaces. Something for property manager to maybe check with their guests before assigning the garage space (and maybe they already do). Breakfast at Toast was great,loved...

“The directions to find property/parking/entrance were clear as mud. To top it off, I had to pay for street parking ont op of the EXTREMELY OVERPRICED accommodations. The host fee was 1 & ½ times the cost of a nights stay. Not sure what that covers. The empty ice tray in the freezer or the stellar directions for the parking area? The HVAC (guessing) was so loud in the living room closet that we had to pause conversation everytime it kicked on (very frequent). The stairway to the 2nd floor space...
