âThe staff was very friendly and nice. I love the view and shower plus the very tall ceilings made the room feel spacious. The only thing that would have made my stay even better would have been a better mattress. It was way too firm for me especially since I'm a side sleeper other than that I highly recommend the Cotton Mill!â

âA very cleverly designed hotel - great thought went into everything. The hear/a/c control need help (we needed the really friendly/helpful maintenance guy) and the lights could be brighter. But really well done.â
