“The front desk staff were rude, didn’t even say hi to us ”

“Very convenient to Town Center and to the UNF campus. Room was very clean. Breakfast offered many choices, hot and cold. Great coffee (avaliable 24/7). Highly recommend”

“This is a beautiful, new and modern Hilton. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed at Hilton on Mayo campus for ease of getting to appointment. You can leave your car parked at hotel and the free shuttle takes you right to the door of any Mayo building you need dropped off at. Saves time on looking for parking and walking to building for appointment. They have a bar if you choose to visit. A gorgeous outdoor pool. A wonderful breakfast for an additional cost, if wanting breakfast. Well...

“We got this property because we could take our small dog. They do amazing with that and our room was big and spacious. We had more than enough room for our baby’s pack n play. The biggest downside was this hotel did not have hot water for our baby’s shower or any shower during our stay. It was difficult to give our baby a bath here. We were also under the impression we would get a bathtub but we got a shower. Other than this hiccup, it was a good stay and it was clean. ”

“The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!”

“I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. ”

“Room wasn't the cleanest, shower was gross, it was intensely noisy, and someone tried to bust into my room while I was there. Glad it was only a one night stay but I wouldn't stay again. The front desk staff I met were not friendly or inviting.”

“Front desk didn't know how to start the gas firepit outside the courtyard. That would have been a nice ending to our evening out. Beer bottles left outside. I don't think the outside area is addressed as much as the inside. All in all the stay was nice. ”
