“The coffee maker in the room is for an 8 ounce cup, The hotel leaves 16 ounce cups with the coffee maker. A 16 ounce coffee cup doesn’t fit into that coffee maker. When I tried to use a 16 oz coffee cup with this coffee maker it ended up
spilling and burning my fingers. I reported this to the front desk. Also the heat in room made a a shrilling noise and it was very annoying and and disturbing!!! I would like a refund for my hotel stay,”
“Love the Shinola design and was very excited to stay here - but will not return. Dont get me wrong, the design of the room was great and the check in was friendly and a glass of bubbly was received. The films telling about brand, materials, design etc was great to watch. Comfortable bed. But the cleaning between the days was so poor and had dust in the corners and mold in the "zink hole".
