“The room was nice but one really horrible thing was that the shower floor was extremely slippery. I didn't have too much trouble but if my husband had used it it could have been bad since he is currently using a cane for back trouble. The staff at the concert were awesome since there were no seats available a few of them helped my husband off the floor and gave him a chair. Thank you so much. It made my night great”

“Checked in at 10pm had to call the 3 times to get someone to the front desk. Pool was closed, which we wanted for summer time. Kitchen was closed for breakfast the next morning, which we expected. Internet and TV were not working. ”
