“Olga at the front desk was sassy but not friendly and couldn’t seem to find my reservation. She made me find the booking number before she would check me in and couldn’t seem to figure out that I wanted to stay two nights because I made the booking for the second night later. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have walked out. Oh but then Olga suddenly found my prepaid bookings. I would say grossly incompetent and the hotel manager was not there until the next morning.
