“Front desk took my identification. Booked and ran my card under someone else. I was in the hotel for 5 hours and charged over $300.00 from the hotel after already paying upfront on Expedia. The room has an old hotel odor. Run from this place.”
“Pool dirty hot tub not working ice not working dryer not working sink didn’t drain. Manager great other staff not so much. Booked through Expedia and charged again, still working on it. Tracy tried to do everything she could to help.”

“Unfortunately, our experience started off very poorly. The key cards for the first room we were assigned would not work, so we had to return to the front desk and were assigned a second room. When we entered that room, we found what appeared to be extensive mold or mildew along the baseboards as well as white fuzzy/powdery growth on the furniture. It was concerning enough that we were not comfortable staying in the room.
I will give credit to the desk clerk for taking our concerns seriously....
