“I broke down in this little town and just needed a place to crash for a couple nights. Not really expecting to find a good place to stay. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very accommodating. Polite, professional and so nice! I would definitely stay again, hopefully under different circumstances though 😁”
“They’re doing a bunch of instructions so I can’t give them five stars. The room feels hot, but the AC nor the heater was running, but I didn’t come into a very comfortable feeling room. All in all, it’s kind of meh.”
“No housekeeping at all. When asking for clean towels and trash removal we were told to bring our dirty towels down to front desk ourselves to get more. Also to bag up our own trash and leave outside of room. Even had to go to desk when we ran out of toilet paper. I have never experienced this type of thing in a hotel ever.”
“I’m tired of getting to a hotel and the hot tub or pool is not in working order. From now on, I’m going to walk into a hotel ask to see a room and the pool area before I commit my money.”
