“It was very charming motel. We loved the way it was layed out and the decor. Breakfast was delicious and a nice variety. One improvement I would suggest would be an elevator.”
“Room was not very clean, the floor was dirty and found someone else's jeans in closet area. We booked for 3 nights and ended up leaving after 1. Smelled like mold. The breakfast was minimal. Hallways needed vacuumed. No toilet seat cover, no where to place clothes while in shower. Bathroom sliding door didn't lock, and there's a gap in door so no privacy. No drawers for clothes. Staff was nice when for check in and check out. Main lobby area is pretty.”

“This was our third time staying at Avenwood. We enjoyed the first 2 stays but the third was not good. There was a power outage that went on all night. Due to the power outage there was a beeping noise that was not the smoke detector that just kept beeping and we couldn’t stop it. It disrupted our sleep and our all around relaxation.
