“Staff was amazing and helpful. The room had a piss stain on the mattress, luckily we bought a mattress cover to sleep on. The pool was ok. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The eggs tasted like it was egg powder mixed with water, the sausage and waffles were ok. If we had tried breakfast the previous day, we'd have avoided it the 2nd day. It wasn't staffs fault, but our stay was with a high school tram staying and ate the breakfast before we could try it. The price was great and...
“When we got in the lady at the check in desk was super sweet and helpful we were able to get checked in pretty quick, our only issue was the room was very humid and smelled like carpet that had been left in the rain then left to dry. Everything felt wet and nasty. The room was overall clean and cozy just the wet and humid room”
“We did not feel welcome checking in. Very uncomfortable and judgmental. Rooms are nice. Showers are awkward with water going everywhere. Broken glass in room on the floor. Remote wouldn’t work. Maintenance was very helpful and nice with that issue . Pool is fantastic! Very clean, relaxing, and great view. The kids play area was super cute. Outside with stage, TV and music was a vibe. Very clean well kept. Casino was fun.”
