“This is my favorite hotel in Philadelphia. All staff are very professional and quick. The room very clean with the BEST TUB. I have stayed here several times and don't even consider elsewhere when in town now. The breakfast is very tasty and great service. My room was very quiet too. The neighborhood has some good food options - my fav cheese steak spot is a block away and lots of great ice cream nearby. ”

“The staff didn’t greet us when we walked in although passing us several times. The breakfast was an old bagel and very little cream cheese, old fruit and a very sweet yoghurt. Coffee machine didn’t work. There was hair on the shower floor and on the actual shower... Curtains didn’t close on one window so light came in. Room and bathroom are big as well as the bed but for this high price I expect better service and a cleaner room. ”
