“Nice hotel great location”

“We didnt stay because they didnt have a wheelchair accessible room. We had reserved that specific room. When questioned why the room wasn't available Taylor told us it was because we had reserved it through Expedia and they had "tried" to contact us. Because we had already checked in before going to the room Taylor told us he couldn't cancel because we already checked in. He said the manager would be back Mon and deal with the refund. We have not been able to get in contact with "the manager"...

“Super clean hotel, rooms, and property. Great stay for our three nights. BUT, at check in, they charged $100 security deposit in case you smoke in the room. I have stayed at multiple La Quintas, and have never had to pay that. Plus, there is nothing online that says you will be charged that upon check in. Make sure you have enough money or you will have your room canceled!”

“First room had dog hair all over the carpet, smelled STRONGLY of mold, and had mouse poop in the couch. Furniture looked like it was disintegrating at the bottom and edges. Was switched rooms. New room was in similar disrepair, stains everywhere, one drawer was stuck open. I put the drawer back on its tracks and found a pile of mold beneath the drawer when fixing it.
