“Fantastically nice hotel, good location and good breakfast but lousy help at the reception. We were charged for purchases on our card that we did not make, when I pointed this out they admitted that there was a mistake and that this amount would be refunded at the same time as the reservation for unforeseen costs but despite my contacting them a number of times, according to contact details I got at the reception, they haven't answered, it's ok to make mistakes but you also have to correct the...
