“Our room was infested with bugs in the both of the beds. I have attempted to contact the hotel to request a refund and they are ignoring my emails/messages. The unfortunate part is my family did not arrive until late evening (around 10pm). We were exhausted as we were traveling across the country and this was a stop for us as we continued on our journey. When we noticed them in the bed the next morning, I called the front desk immediately. They came down and inspected our room and acknowledged...
“I was surprised as most cabins at rv resorts are full cabins. This is a hard shell tent per se. No water hookups no bathroom. Needed to use bathhouse 100 yds away. Not fun in cold rain at 2 AM. My fault for not doing research. But clue is in Cancel policy. Must modify 7 days before arrival. We paid 3 nts. Stayed 1.”
“The house is clean and has nice view with outdoor seating.
The only thing is the bathroom in the master bedroom has no door so it’s little bit of no privacy if you need to take a shower.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.”
