"It took moree than one hour until you could flush the toilet again. Due to that it was not filoing up and instead leaking. On the third day the keycards suddeny stopped working. Some of the frontdesk staff were rude and arrogant. Never agan!"

"Poor service from the personnel. Service level lower than what I'm used to in Europe. Even though a beautiful and cool hotel, it's not modern. No USB ports in the rooms so bring a plug. The sound level in the room is really loud, 40 dB measured with my phone (comes from refrigerator, ventilation, AC). Sounds from other rooms and the hallway is really clear."
