“We found dirty underwear in the sofa bed right under the cushions. One of the beds sheets were stained and dirty. And the shower curtain was ripped before we went in the room causing water to get all over the floor anytime someone showered.”

“The hotel was better than expected. It was clean and I felt safe. We originally had rented a room that had a king size bed and a couch. We had four of us my husband and I and our son were going to sleep in the king bed and the other adult was going to sleep on the couch. However, at that time they did not have any extra pillows or blankets for the other adult to sleep on the couch. They were nice and switched us to a room with two queen size beds.
