We received emails from the resort with detailed directions on driving and registration that were easy to follow. She spent a lot of time (when no other customers needed help) coming with advices on how to visit Grand Canyon, come up with more recommendations and plan our trip time wise. Very charming hotel. Simple but clean and nice rooms.”
