“We normally stay at Marriott properties, but wanted to go off the beaten path and try something different for this trip. Hotel Telluride was quaint and charming. We arrived on the last night of a metal or electronic dance music fest and the patrons were noisy. Not the hotels fault but it did surface the fact that the walls are thin, and there is no insulation between floors. Also, the available underground parking seemed to be inadequate for a full house. “I liked the style of the house and the decorations. I loved the concept of eating breakfast at the dinner table with other guests. My only complaint was that we did not know how to get tv stations on our nice TV. The instructions on the tv were not helpful. It was the inn keeper’s day off. We were given instructions on how to contact her if there were any problems, which we decided not to do. ”
“A very clean property with beautiful grounds. The bed was extremely comfortable and there’s was no noise at night. The breakfast was well cooked and plentiful. An easy drive to Gunnison shops and restaurants .”
“The rooms did not have A/C so we were very hot. The ceiling fan and floor fan were extremely loud. The Spa Amenities and waterslide were also not working. We picked this place for the Spa amenities so to have them not working and was a real bummer. We wouldn't have chosen this place if we would have known. The food at the little cafe is terrible.
