“Was a nice place off the main road a couple blocks, close to hiking. Hot tubs were unique but slippery. Staff could have been friendlier. Breakfast was Not included, which for the cost of the room was surprising.The view of the canyon mountains was cool. Ouray is a quaint tourist town with lots going on.”
“No complaints for my one night stay. Room was clean and had all I needed for the night. Bed was comfy and had a nice selection of pillows from soft to firm to choose from. Had the window open all night and it was quiet outside. Check in and check out were simple and easy. I’ll be staying here again on my next trip.”
“The owners were super nice and the building had tons of character. I had to take away stars because the primary reasons I booked at this location was that the property information listed breakfast being included and laundry facilities as a convenience. The owner said they haven't provided breakfast in quite a long time and the laundry facility was a laundromat across the street.”
“Absolutely my favorite stay on our summer road trip. The room was decorated on theme and was clean and spacious. Restaurant was good and there was outside live music the night we stayed. Everything shut down at 9:00 so it was very quiet for the night. Long (5.5 mile) dirt road getting to the lodge but well worth it. Would have loved to stay longer and rent an ATV to explore. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very remote but they provide everything you need.”
