“Tae, who worked the front desk, cleaned the rooms and greeted every guest with a smile is a HUGE asset to this property. She made sure to help us with any questions that we asked. She worked so hard and always seemed to be happy to see us despite how much she was juggling. The property was convenient and comfortable. The fitness center was nice too. Thank you for a good stay!”
“When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee?

“For someone who is loyal to the Hilton brand, this stay felt like I was staying at a cheap motel. Keep in mind, this hotel is in south Georgia in September. It was 94 degrees this day. The room never got below 82 degrees because the AC did not work. I called maintenance to fix the problem. The maintenance guy was really nice but stated that the "Wall unit is overriding the mounted unit". Meaning, the AC wouldn't work. Needless to say, I couldn't sleep as the room was way too hot.
