We took a walk at the town and went back, still not fixed but she promised us the plumber was on his way. After a couple of hours we come back again and were promised it was fixed. Asked about a handicapped accessible room at check-in for my disabled mother, but got a really bizarre answer about not knowing if somebody was in the room already. she said she was going to check but never did and gave me a regular room anyway it was fine though we were only staying one night.”
