“We made reservations a week in advance. We showed up 2 hours after check in. It was chaotic. I don’t think they had the staff available to clean the rooms so they had more customers than rooms that were clean. They told us they could put us in a maintenance room. They were working on the shower but everything worked. We just took the room since we had somewhere to be in a few hours. I thought we would get a discount of some sort but we did not. The whole place could use a good scrubbing. ”
