“First time staying there coming from Georgia and will keep coming back. Thanks Ballys!!”

“The breakfast was not good. Pancake machine was broken. Food wasn’t kept filled at all. Bacon was burnt. Half of our bathroom lights didn’t work. Half of our room lights didn’t work. The hotel smells very musty. Elevator was broken the day we went to leave. Room is run down. All in all I would never come back. I expect a lot more for the price.”

“Went into my room when I was at work. Claiming he smelled smoke and that was a lie. I was appalled to find this out. The whole place smells like an ashtray and not to mention checked me into a a dirty room but did change it. I was visiting for work but I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Don’t leave your belongings inside either. Obviously, it doesn’t matter if the do not disturb sign is on the door. Manager is shady!!! ”

“The sleeping area itself was beautiful. It has a full sized bed and two twin beds. If you are not straight and white you will be off put by the confederate and other very political flags hanging from the house in the driveway. We did find some bullet casings in the grave next to our car so if you have little ones you might not want to let them walk around by themselves. Doug was very kind. “Our room was definitely updated and clean. This motel/hotel appears to be under new management. The parking lot is full of potholes, and the breakfast room too small. The permanently manned reception kiosk is situated in the breakfast room and makes one wonder if someone is listening to your conversation. Having said all this, it is apparent that this establishment is slowly being improved. Henderson is in dire need of a decent hotel and I hope this one succeeds.”
