“Was very pleased with service given. Weekly and Susan were helpful and kind. Had issue with room being switch from 2 Queens to king when I requested disability. Went to wedding with son. But theu were kind enough to switch me to 2 queens nondisability on Labor day weekend. Gentlemen in breakfast room sweet . The company needs to do a little fixing around the room example chips in door of bathroom and iron after putting water in it for steam leaked all over. But other than that would return.”
“it already renamed to Qualify inn but no any sign for St Joseph inn which is still on Expedia online. It took me a long time in the evening to look for this hotel until I went to other local hotel to get the information.”
“Väldig klorlukt från poolen i korridoren (ända upp på 3e våningen). Rummet hade en svag doft av cigarettrök trots att det ska vara rökfritt hotell. Ofräscht! Bra frukost!”
“Construction all up and down the hallway on the floor I was staying on. Loud, dirty and smelled like smoke (cigarettes and pot). Room smelled like paint, really strong, should have been aired out for a day or two. Rude staff. Coffee but no creamer and no desire to get any. No conditioner and shampoo dispenser was broken. Trash and filt everywhere. I’ll never stay at another Country Inn & Suites again.”
