“The morning of the day we were checking in I received a vm from the manager saying she was running my card and had an issue. Stated I needed to return the call quickly or I would be at risk of losing my reservation. (Keep in mind this was for a 7 day stay!!). I booked thru Expedia and had selected pay at property so why it was being run before we arrived was odd.

“The room was clean, my shampoo didn’t work though, so I used my back up shampoo. We didn’t ask for any room cleanings during our stay. Pool was great for the kids, there was periods of rain so it worked out. Parking was fine and we got spots next to the building.
