“Convenient to where I wanted to be. Had trouble with the door being stuck and hard to open and key card not working another time. Staff members were quick to help.”
“They “upgraded” us to a jacuzzi suite since the room we booked was “unrentable”. The bathroom had a floor tile broken, the tub drain was plugged, the furniture was worn, the front panel on the jacuzzi was hanging half open and the room smelled musty. But, the bed was comfortable and linens were clean. The room was a ripoff at $215/night.”
“What a nice surprise. I was a bit skeptical about staying there based on some of the reviews and wow was I impressed. The room was spacious, staff very friendly, the putting surface in the back yard was in great shape and we had fun playing on it. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Apparently it's under new ownership and it must be making a difference.”
“Motel was very hard to find. It had only a sign over the door away from from I90. There was one electrical plug in the room available for use. One lamp had no where to plug in except that there was an extension cord that had been taped together available for use to those brave enough to use it. The door to the room could not be locked from the inside. The TV was challenging, and I could not get it to work at all in the morning.
Coffee ran out part way through breakfast and was not replenished.”
“There was a mouse in the hotel restaurant, the room was so hot and humid that we had to keep the room at 60 degrees and that didn’t help, rotten hard boiled eggs at breakfast, curdled oat milk at breakfast. Was offered a partial reimbursement but because I booked with Expedia I didn’t qualify. Was offered Choice Hotel points for a one night stay that I never got!”
