“Room was spotless and staff was amazing ”

“Great hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved. The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive.”

“The staff was amazing and friendly; they went above and beyond for me. It was my first time in Cincinnati, and I received a free upgrade, a friendly welcome, a delicious breakfast, and complimentary water. The hotel is beautiful. The entrance downstairs highlights the old ornate architecture, and it was a total surprise to be met in the lobby by a man playing piano. I loved the location! Right downtown near so many great restaurants!”
