“I enjoyed my stay here. The keycards were a little difficult at times to use for many people. It became a joke for everyone who used the elevators in the Forum tower because it would not always scan properly. I also look young for my age, so I made sure I walk with my ID because I was stopped upon entry everytime there was a new security person at the desk. A nice problem to have. ”

“The room had an amazing view to the falls and for that alone it is worth to stay. The staff were great and gave us great tips to go around. The only small problem was that the renovations recently made were not made to the luxury level that the Brook once had. Some carpets in the common areas were worn out and look dirty. The rooms on the 12 floor windows are over the room with balconies wich make privacy a bit hard if you are on 12 floor. ”
