“The front desk manager was very courteous and helpful. I had difficulty conversing with the breakfast staff and House Keeping because very few of the staff spoke English. This was the biggest drawback to the Inn.”

“The guy at the check in was super nice and helpful even though it was late and his computer system was down. He was especially helpful with my pets.”

“Hotel is very run down. In badly need of an upgrade. The heat in our room didn’t work, which made the room very cold. No hot water for showering. Windows in hallway was so crooked it didn’t shut. Breakfast consisted of 2 bags of toast and bagel, juice cartoons, coffee and some dry eggs. Worse breakfast than the cheapest motels. When telling staff about our experience the answer we got was that hotel was over 40 years old, and they do what they can to update it.”

“Close to free shuttle to Bryce Canyon National Park. Close to the main dining, shopping and entertainment options in the area. Easy walk across the parking lot to included breakfast. Breakfast options included scrambled eggs, fresh apple or orange, juice, oatmeal, yogurt and pastries. Plenty of seating for tour bus groups in dining area.”

“This hotel was a great place to stay at. We are normally very sensitive and picky with the cleanliness and this hotel did not disappoint. The location was great with amazing views, receptionists were friendly, breakfast was good and parking was convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and there is a free shuttle stop right outside the hotel that takes you to and from the Zion national park. If you want, you could even walk there in under 40 minutes. All in all, nothing to complain about...
