“I have stayed at the Advenire several times and it is always predictable. I am handicapped, and it is one of the few hotels in St. George with a valet and bellman to assist with my bags. It has a bar and food, so you don't need to leave the hotel. There is a ton of good food, though, within a couple of blocks, which is nice.”

“Hotel is very run down. In badly need of an upgrade. The heat in our room didn’t work, which made the room very cold. No hot water for showering. Windows in hallway was so crooked it didn’t shut. Breakfast consisted of 2 bags of toast and bagel, juice cartoons, coffee and some dry eggs. Worse breakfast than the cheapest motels. When telling staff about our experience the answer we got was that hotel was over 40 years old, and they do what they can to update it.”

“Easy check in, convenient parking. Older motel but room was clean with refrigerator and coffee pot. There was an open space around the door. Very nice for the price. If you want high end this is not your place.”
