“Breakfast area was great. Not as happy with the desk staff at check-in. Asked for top floor, got 3rd floor instead. Advertised cookies in the evening, but no cookies were provided. Clerk said frozen shipment had not come in. Ice machine was broken the night we were there but was fixed by next morning. Room was nice so we were happy with that. ”

“The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on.”
