“The room was damp and musty smelling. The staff was indifferent and allowed unacceptable behavior from other guests by allowing muddy teens running into the pool area and jumping into the hot tub with their muddy clothes on. It was gross and their behavior cleared out the pool. I'll never stay there again! And I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.”
“Although the desk clerk was pleasant enough, the overall hotel experience was not as expected. It very much needs updating and cleaning . The hallway carpet was torn and stained. The sofa in our room was lopsided due to a broken leg (I reported it to the hotel and the clerk already knew about it). The free breakfast looked good, but there were only 3 tables the next morning. They were all full. Unable to sit on the sofa in our room for breakfast (I didn’t really want to balance a plate of food...
“The room smelled moldy, dewy, musky. It was a horrific smell. Good thing it didn’t rain. We had to only sleep in the room and it was hard enough to sleep in the room because of the smell. It was horrific, didn’t complain to staff because it was busy because of fishing tournament going on. Left early on check out day because we couldn’t handle it anymore.”
