The living area of Apartment 3 welcomes you with plenty of natural light streaming in through the floor-to-ceiling patio doors, which lead out into the beautiful gardens. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, you can enjoy the sun on your furnished patio well into the evening hours. The living area also features a dining table for four people and a fully equipped open kitchen. In the apartment’s basement, you’ll find another room with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as a third room with two single beds and plenty of closet space. On the same level, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a small guest restroom.

This apartment is a non-smoking residence where pets are not allowed. You’ll find a parking space right next to the building. You’re welcome to use the shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the building.
