Unwind in one of Sylt’s quietest corners and look forward to a vacation in a high-end semi-detached house with a thatched roof. The Seaside III country house is part of the Seaside apartment complex in Rantum, near the Hotel Düne.

    With 107 square meters spread over 3 floors and accommodating up to 6 people, it leaves nothing to be desired.

    This charming house is located not far from countless shopping opportunities in Rantum. Despite its very quiet location, you’ll find a bakery and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Stroll along Hörnumer Straße or explore the island on a rented bike and let yourself be enchanted by the diverse surroundings of the dunes and the water near the border. Long evening walks along the beach promenade are also well worth it—a great way to leave the worries of everyday life behind and simply enjoy the moment.

    This luxuriously furnished semi-detached home was renovated in 2024. Spread over 3 floors and 107 square meters, you’ll find lovingly furnished rooms that invite you to relax. The spacious living room with a corner sofa and fireplace is perfect for unwinding during relaxing evenings. You can enjoy delicious meals at the large dining table. The modern open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. For coffee lovers, a drip coffee maker and an additional Nespresso machine are available.

    With three bedrooms (upper floor: double bed 180x210, basement: double bed 160x200, and basement: 2 single beds 80x200), the house is perfect for the whole family. Two bathrooms with showers, each with a separate toilet, as well as an additional guest restroom on the first floor, round out this offering. After a long walk on the beach, wind down the day in the house’s own sauna or enjoy a sundowner on your private terrace.

    A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use with the other units in the building.

    A well-behaved dog is also a welcome guest at this property (additional fees apply).
