Relax there and let the evening wind down in comfort. You can access the north-facing balcony through one of the bedrooms. The high-quality Loewe klang s3 sound system delivers an exclusive audio experience and features digital radio, Bluetooth, a CD player, and USB ports. Modern furnishings and the spacious layout make the living room a place of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished and offer the highest level of sleeping comfort. The master bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a TV. The second bedroom is also furnished with a box-spring bed (160x200 cm) and a TV. Both rooms offer a peaceful atmosphere for restful nights. The apartment features two modern bathrooms, each equipped with walk-in showers, a toilet, and a hair dryer; one bathroom also features a bathtub for relaxation and well-being. The space is rounded out by a separate guest restroom.
The attractive wellness area in the basement is available daily from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and offers a sauna and relaxation area for your enjoyment.

**ACCESSIBILITY AND COMFORT**
The apartment and the stairwell are designed to be accessible; wheelchairs and walkers can be easily parked and charged there. The bathrooms offer plenty of space and feature spacious, walk-in showers with ample room to move around. Please note that the balcony threshold is 6 cm high, so access is not fully accessible.

The vacation rental’s location is ideal for experiencing the best of Sylt. The beach and the bustling Friedrichstraße, with its numerous shopping options and restaurants, are just a few steps away. The apartments can accommodate 2 to 5 people and are located in a central yet quiet area of Westerland, just about 50 m from the Friedrichstraße shopping district and about 200 m from the beach promenade.

Each of these 12 high-quality apartments features a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities, as well as underfloor heating, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a washer-dryer combo, and a bathtub in addition to a walk-in shower. Enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony or loggia.

An inviting sauna area on the basement level is available daily from 16:00-20:00.
