“I really enjoyed my stay; It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff there are very nice and very helpful.”

“My overall experience wasn't bad. However, I do believe the staff need more training on the services and how to best treat their customers. I had issue with the staff as soon as I stepped into the hotel because, the girl at he canter doesn't know what expedia is. Secondly, they are saying they no longer deal with expedia and as such cannot confirm my books even when I told them I have paid for the room I booked via expedia”

“The staff were very unfriendly. They tried to put us in a very small room with a bunk bed when we had booked a double bedroom. The beds were never made, no soap. No replacement towels. No bins in the room.”

“It was two terrible days for me and my family, what I saw in the Internet is not what I meet over, it Looks like the place has been aboundoned for some time, it was dirty,the bathroom and Toilet was unclean, in the night my daughter couldn‘t sleep because of the music noises from the bar. The Manager is not always there, but the two girls at the recieption tried there best to help us. I think the management needs to do more.”

“Ist of the address they have on file take you to a horrible place and then qas taken to a noise free location and then the room i was given dont have AC fridge wasn't working no wifi no customer service i had to call n complain before was moved to another room and then the room look okay but the bathroom was horrible looks deserted n abandoned Phone line wasn't working please don't waste your money going to this place”
