“We had an amazing time at Giuggiulena! Even before we came we noticed how much the staff wanted our stay to be amazing when they helped us with arranging transfer from the airport and meeting us late at night since we had a late flight. The rooms are big and well maintained, the views from the balcony is amazing!! The breakfast left nothing to be wanted and the warm greetings every morning from the staff bringing us the best morning coffe everyday!

“Excellent experience with incredibly attentive staff. The room was delightful and just what we needed. The parking was easily accessible even though one needs to drive around the block to get there, but it’s just behind the hotel - very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and again served very attentively in the same space that, at night, is used for the Onda Blu high level fish-focused restaurant (10% off too as hotel clients). Don’t be fooled by the “fish market” designation on Google Maps...

“Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is small but closed inside gated place. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Place is part of/next to archaeological site & walking distance to theater. Took taxi (called by staff) to Ortigia (4 adults less than 20 Euros). Worth the visit! ”

“Ett mycket trevligt och personligt litet hotell med unika rum. Vårt ganska litet med med en härlig liten tillhörande terass med två stolar och bord - och utsikt över den vackra vattenhorisonten. Vi fick komma in lite tidigare till rummet och hade även en halvtimma extra före utcheckning. De ordnade med liten tårta och bubbel för min man som fyllde år, utan extra kostnad. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal överlag. Vi kunde låna litet konto för att jobba med.

“Great accomodation near the old town. Very comfortable and stylish room (101) with a large balcony overlooking the street. The only downside is a little bit of noise from the cafeteria just outside the room in the morning as well from the bar down the street at night. Nothing we couldn't live with, though. Fast internet. Very helpful staff.”

"Vi hade fyra fantastiska nätter på Lanterna Magiche. Läget är superbra, nära till badplatserna, stadskärnan och bra restauranger. Personalen är väldigt hjälpsam och hjälpte oss med aktivitetsbokningar och taxi och vi hade ett helt otroligt rum. Det finns många terrasser och balkonger som går bra att använda och AC:n på rummet var otroligt skön när dagarna blev ordentligt varma. Jag skulle rekommendera alla ett besök och åker gärna tillbaka själv."
