Located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with all amenities such as Wi-fi, TV and air conditioning. It consists of a single living/sleeping area complete with a kitchenette, a table with stools, a single sofa bed and a queen-size bed. The unit also features a window with a beautiful view of the sea.

The apartment is completed by a modern bathroom with a shower cabin.

The house is perfect in all seasons, thanks to the presence of air conditioning for the warmer periods and the heat pump that makes it warm and cozy during the winter season.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find some beautiful unspoiled and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are worth a visit. Not to be overlooked is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.



The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 60 km away, while Comiso "Pio La Torre” airport is 110 km away. Syracuse railway station is 200 meters away from the apartment, as well as the Interbus station connected to the airports.
