Best hotel we stayed at
We stayed for our wedding anniversary and everything was perfect. We were blown away but the views from the bedroom. The team was all so friendly and helpful. It is very safe and you have parking on the side street. If you want a relaxed and quiet break this is the place for you! A final point, we travel a lot internationally and we both agreed that it was the best hotel we stayed at!

Una mala experiencia en este hotel !! Si bien las instalaciones son nuevas y muy buenas, hay q saber que para el uso de la pileta interna hay q pagar como mínimo 90 euros ya q solo se puede usar con reserva previa. Estuvimos 2 dias y nuestra habitación no tuvo limpieza ni cambio de toallas, falta de control y atención del personal, por último si bien se publicita como hotel cercano a Ortizia hay que caminar por una zona bastante fea por mas de 20 minutos para llegar alli, tampoco el hotel ni la zona tiene playas cercanas ni áreas comerciales

Gentile Alejandro, ci dispiace che il suo soggiorno non sia andato come sperava. In merito alla piscina, è presente una riscaldata all'interno della nostra area relax, ed è un servizio extra su prenotazione. Il prezzo di €90 si riferisce al percorso benessere della durata di 90 minuti per due persone (sauna, bagno turno, piscina idromassaggio e tisane- inoltre, incluso nel prezzo forniamo il telo, l' accappatoio e le ciabattine). In merito alla pulizia in camera, ci dispiace dell'incomprensione. Quella mattina, siete usciti lasciando davanti alla vostra porta il cartello "non disturbare", pertanto il personale che si occupa delle pulizie, ha voluto accontentare una vostra richiesta. Se aveste chiamato in hotel per dirci che in realtà desideravate che fosse pulita, lo avremmo fatto volentieri. Al vostro rientro di sera, non appena ci avete segnalato questo inconveniente, vi abbiamo immediatamente offerto un cambio camera, che avete rifiutato. La struttura è pubblicizzata vicino a Ortigia, perché lo è davvero. Come ha scritto Lei, camminando per circa 20 minuti si arriva nella splendida isola di Ortigia (centro storico di Siracusa). Ma se non ci si vuole spostare troppo, vicino alla nostra struttura (soli 6 minuti a piedi) si trova un ristorante con vista mare, dove è possibile gustare degli ottimi piatti tipici siciliani. Accanto al ristorante si trova anche un solarium con ombrelloni e lettini con discesa a mare e bar (questo tratto di costiera è rocciosa). Come specificato, Le spiagge più vicine si trovano a circa 18 km da noi (Fontane Bianche e Arenella)

Surprised that other people have not mentioned the noise levels. We had a room located not in the main hotel, but instead next to it with entry at street level. There are 2 such rooms like this. The external door and windows were very poor at keeping out street noises. However, it was extremely clean with amazing sea views, which made for a very pleasant breakfast experience each morning. It's important to keep in mind its about a 15-20 minute walk down to the main part of Ortiga with no real amenities in close proximity to the hotel.

Gentile Leonie , nous sommes desoles que vous n avait pas aime' votre sejour,vous avez fait une reservation à le dernier minute , et dons nous avons proposé et reservé deux massages de trente minutes . ce n' est pas possible penser que le temp etait mineur ,vous pouvez faire 50 minutes .( mais pour ce soir il n' etait pas possible ) parce que l ' hotel avait beacoup des reservations..le rangement des chambre est tous les jours, en respectant les invites qui sont en vacance. Amazing family holiday
It’s a wonderful place to stay we had a marvelous holiday the stuff we were extremely helpful couldn’t do enough for you went out of their way to help us find room in the next destination made multiple phone calls for us we’re very helpful very :-) very welcoming we felt like we were home. The accommodation what an amazing accommodation the view from the terrace spot on you felt like you were in the seat was so beautiful so breathtaking and it was just an amazing piece of accommodation all together and the staff with amazing book it don’t hesitate

Great View Hotel
the accommodation is quite well located yet close to a school and a connecting road. Furthermore, we have had quite a bit of trouble from the noisy neighbors upstairs. We had 2 urges that were resolved immediately, thanks to the team! due to C-19 conditions other services are difficult to evaluate.

One with the sea.
Fantastic location, we felt as if we were in the sea. Easy walking distance of the sights and good food. Good service. Loved having breakfast delivered to our room. Only negative was having to pay to use the wellness facilities - we didn’t.

Отличный отель в хорошем месте-чуть подальше от суеты, красивый вид, комфортный. На пляжи ездили на машине, хоть Отель и находится на берегу, купаться в черте города не хотелось. До Ортиджии гуляли пешком-20 мин. Отличное место для отдыха. Единственное, завтраки хотелось бы поразнобразнее, побольше бы свежих овощей и горячих блюд.

Great Staff, Tired Hotel
The staff at the hotel are awesome, super friendly and helpful and a tonic to the lack luster surroundings. I’d pick the location based partially on the supplied website images but sadly what I saw and what I received were very different. I would not go back.

A nice hotel, BUT
Ok, the hotel is new, stylish and the service was exceptional. But and that’s a big one. We booked a room with a balcony on the sea and we got one with a separate access than the hotel main entrance. The room was very nice, but the air conditioning was miserable. We thought it didn’t work and so did the nice guy at the reception who offered us to spend the night in another room with a functioning air condition which we did. The next day we found out that the air condition in our original room was working fine, but just miserable. We got a choice to move to another luxury room (without a real balcony, just a French balcony) or stay at our room. We stayed on one condition; air condition stays on by day even when we were not in the room. It was still not enough honestly, but we were only staying for two nights and didn’t want to make a fuss.

Boutique luxury on the sea front
Delightful small boutique hotel with views to die for as it’s perched right on the sea edge. It’s not too far to walk to Ortigia, and is a lovely quiet hideaway from the hustle and bustle. Free parking easy on the street outside. Highly recommended.

Newly renovated and opened, the hotel is in impeccable condition with all modern amenities. Although we did not partake of spa offerings, the installation appeared very inviting! The location right on the water was beautiful.
