Located on the edge of the beautiful marine protected area of Plemmirio near Syracuse, Villa Catrice is lovely seafront villa with a private pool and stunning sea views. The villa is just a few steps from the sea and a short drive from the historic centre of Syracuse. Within a short driving distance you will find lovely sandy beaches at Arenella and Fontane Bianche and nature lovers will enjoy the Cavagrande Del Cassibile and the Vendicari nature reserve.

Also within easy reach by car is the pretty fishing village of Marzamemi and the charming baroque towns of Noto, Modica and Scicli.

The villa is composed of a 180 square meter main villa and an annex which develop over 1 level.

In the main house you will find a living/dining room (with sofa seating and dining table/chairs), a small kitchen and two double bedrooms (with double beds) with en-suite bathrooms (with showers).

ANNEX
In the annex you will find two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower.


Outside you will find a well-kept garden (with lawn), spacious terraces and a private swimming pool (8 m x 4 m; depth 1.4 m; open from 01/04 – 30/11) with a sun deck (with sun loungers). You will also find a covered veranda equipped with an outdoor kitchen/dining/barbecue area, an outdoor lounge areas and an outdoor shower.
