Very nice stay
This is a perfect place for a family gateway. The house also has a great location for visiting Syracuse, Noto, Modica or Ragusa. If you prefer to have a relaxing time with BBQ, beach, or swimming pull it is perfect as well. Great stay. Highly recommended

Latein Autumn Culture Tour
This place was a wonderful starting point for tours to Syracuse, Catania, Noto, Etna and even a swim in the sea nearby in late October. Giovanni is a very kind and welcoming host and a very special person.

Best of the best!
It is just as in pictures - delightful! Great pool in lovely garden. Easy walk to super beach with fine sand and clear aqua colored water. Shallow and great for kids and adults, bakery and market walkable. Beds are comfortable and kitchen well-stocked with equipment. Host was very welcoming and helpful. AC and internet worked well.

Vacanza a Villa Lucia - Fontane Bianche
Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana, in compagnia di una coppia di amici, in questa villa ben strutturata e con uno spazio esterno, compreso di giardino e piscina, davvero eccellente. La villa si trova in una posizione tranquilla comunque vicina al mare. L'interno della struttura è molto pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Il giardino con piscina è davvero fantastico, curato con possibilità di grigliare e mangiare all'aperto. Proprietario diaponibile ed attento alle eventuali richiste

Merveilleux
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Paolo. Le logement est bien situé dans un endroit calme à quelques minutes de la plage. La maison typiquement sicilienne est très mignonne, il ne manque rien. On s'y sent très vite chez soi. Le jardin est juste magnifique et très bien entretenu avec sa splendide piscine. On y trouve également des espaces ombragés non négligeables lors des fortes chaleurs. Et enfin, Paolo est une personne accueillante, disponible et d'une grande gentillesse, toujours à l'écoute et soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs. Son papa Giovanni vit à l'étage mais sait se faire discret et est aussi très sympathique. Vous le remarquerez à peine. Merci pour tout!😄

La posizione è buona e la piscina è la parte più bella della casa. Funzionale il barbecue. La casa però all'interno andrebbe più curata con una pulizia più attenta. Negativi sono i materassi. Vecchi e scomodi non permettono un sonno riposante

Gentile Sig.ra Giulietta, grazie per il suo feedback. I materassi sono stati acquistati rispettivamente il 7 e il 26 marzo del 2022, quindi non sono vecchi, e sono entrambi materassi 100% memory. Per quando riguarda il grado di rigidità sono “medio/rigidi” e non “rigidi” come forse di vostro gradimento. Cordiali saluti.

A wonderful stay
This property was perfect for our family of 4. With 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, our host Paolo was able to provide an additional bed so that our son and daughter slept very comfortably in a shared room. There was also a sofa bed which we didn't need. The outdoor area is lovely and the beautiful new pool is close at hand so that it was possible for the adults to prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen whilst keeping an eye on swimming children. The location is excellent and within walking distance of the railway station, local shops, restaurants and the beach. There are many beautiful towns to visit nearby. Paolo was our host and was happy to help with any issues or local knowledge throughout our stay. We had the house to ourselves but he was near at hand if we needed him. Would recommend!

Perfect
We stayed there for 4 weeks in spring. We booked it, because we liked the pictures form the interior and because the owner (Giovanni) lives upstairs. The inside was very clean, had a personal touch, as we just changed our house (we have seen pictures from other houses, which were very sterile - you don't want to stay a month inside a sterile athosphere). Having Giovanni upstairs was very good. He and his son Paolo - who will take over from this year on - cared very much about us und our well being. In my opinion this is the best you can have as a guest We enjoyed our stay really very much there. Also not being straight on the ebach was good. The waves at strong wind and the music on the beach bar every weekend can be quite noisy over the whole day :-)) For us it was the perfect place - a bit remote, but within 5 minutes you are at the beach to have all fun you can imagine. We were also the first to enjoy the new swimming pool. They have just built and now it is even more fun and joy.

Alles super!
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Giovanni, der ein wirklich herzlicher, zuvorkommender, aber auch absolut diskreter Vermieter war! Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage im entspannten (wir waren off season) Fontane Bianche. Der Strand ist auch mit Kleinkindern leicht fußläufig zu erreichen. Giovanni sorgt für eine durchdachte Erstausstattung (von Strandschirm und Buddelsachen bis zu Waschmaschinentabs!) und ist ansonsten für alle Fragen ansprechbar. Und auch wir sind in den Genuss seiner Kochkünste gekommen, superlecker! Das Haus und der schöne Garten haben Charakter, kein gesichtsloser Neubau, und sind perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder!

Ein tolles Haus mit einem unglaublich herzlichen Vermieter
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Die Umgebung ist absolut perfekt für eine Mischung aus Strandurlaub und vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß an einem wunderschönen Strand, der auch für kleine Kinder perfekt ist. Syrakus und Noto sind von hier aus in knapp einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch ein Tagesausflug zum Ätna ist von hier aus kein Problem. Das absolute Highlight ist der tolle Vermieter Giovanni. Er hat sich mit viel Liebe um uns gekümmert und uns in vielen Situationen sehr geholfen! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an zu Hause gefühlt. Giovanni wohnt im Obergeschoss des Hauses und ist da, wenn man ihn braucht, ansonsten ist er absolut unaufdringlich und man merkt kaum, dass er da ist. Diese Unterkunft ist die perfekte Basis für einen tollen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub auf Sizilien!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir verbrachten im September 2022 zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in der Villa Lucia. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, Wohnraum mit Klimaanlage und großzügigem Außenbereich mit Grillplatz, Sitzecken und Außendusche bot das Haus mehr als genug Platz für uns, zwei Paare. Besonders viel Spaß hatten wir mit der kleinen Wasserschildkröte, die im Garten im Fischteich lebt. Auch die Lage ist ideal und ruhig. Zu Fuß ist man in 7 Min. am Sandstrand und in 5 Min. beim Bäcker. Mit dem Auto braucht man nicht einmal 30 Min. nach Siracusa oder Noto. Auch Catania, Etna, Taormina und Ragusa, Modica, Marzamemi sind gut erreichbar. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist Giovanni, der liebenswerte Besitzer der Villa Lucia, der im Obergeschoss wohnt. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit, unaufdringlich und immer gut gelaunt. Er verwöhnte uns vielfach, u.a. mit einem Willkommens-Abendbrot, mit exzellenter Pasta und Cannoli. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, lieber Giovanni!

Vacanze in Sicilia
La villa Lucia è una casa accogliente e in grado di far sentire l'ospite subito come a casa sua. È una villa grande, con un giardino molto curato e spazio esterno con divanetti per rilassarsi e tavolo per mangiare fuori. Un' altro punto aggiuntivo va al laghetto presente nello spazio esterno, nel quale si trovano i pesci e una simpaticissima tartaruga. La spiaggia che si trova vicino alla casa è molto bella e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Ma la vera differenza la fa il proprietariodella villa, il sig. Giovanni, un uomo di una gentilezza e generosità rara; infatti oltre a offrirci ben due squisite cene, ci ha proposto di vedere la sua bellissima collezione di minerali e rarissimi fossili. Gastgeber Giovanni
Der Vermieter Giovanni hat uns in zwei Wochen zweimal als Gastgeber zum Abendessen im Garten eingeladen. Die Kommunikation mit ihm klappte sehr gut und das Haus passte für uns 4 sehr gut. Zum Strand geht es zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten und der Strand ist ok. Positiv war an den sehr heißen Tagen die gut arbeitende Klimaanlage im Wohnraum, die auch die beiden Schlafräume mitkühlte. Es war ein positiv in Erinnerung bleibender Aufenthalt.

Topp!!!!
Wir waren zu dritt (Eltern und 17jähriger Sohn) in der Karwoche 2022 Gäste in der Villa Lucia. Sie liegt in dem kleinen Dorf Fontane Bianche und weist einen tollen Garten und eine ordentliche Einrichtung auf. Der Strand ist fußläufig in ca 10 min zu erreichen. Im Dorf gibt es einen Eisladen, eine Apotheke, einen kleinen Supermarkt mit allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs und einige Restaurants/Bars. Um die Umgebung zu erkunden (Noto, Ragusa oder Syrakus), ist unser Meinung nach ein Auto unerlässlich. Der Gastgeber Giovanni ist der beste, den wir jemals hatten: Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken (Wein, Bier, Wasser), sowie Brot, Oliven, Schinken und Tomaten gefüllt. Während des Aufenthalts hat Giovanni einmal für uns gekocht und uns einmal mit sizilianischen Süßigkeiten vüberrascht. Er wohnt im Obergeschoss, ist völlig unaufdringlich, aber jederzeit ansprechbar und bei Bedarf hilfsbereit. Ein sehr, sehr angenehmer Vermieter! Grazie mille Giovanni

Le storie di Giovanni
La casa è adatta ad una famiglia di 5/6 persone. Ambienti spaziosi, due bagni con doccia utilissimi per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra. La cucina dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari. C'è un giardino molto bello e ben curato, una bellissima veranda all ingresso dell appartamento e una laterale con tavolo per consumare i pasti. Quello che ha reso speciale il nostro soggiorno è stata l accoglienza che ci ha riservato il signor Giovanni. Al nostro arrivo per pranzo ci ha preparato un ottimo ragù e una sera ci ha offerto una squisita cena a base di pasta alla norma, parmigiana e ottimo vino siciliano. Giovanni è un uomo eccezionale, ci ha tenuto compagnia raccontandoci aneddoti della sua vita, spiegando ai nostri bambini la storia dei fossili e di pietre da lui collezionate. Ha la gioia negli occhi quando racconta le sue storie ed è un vero piacere passare un po di tempo in sua compagnia. È stato disponibile, mai invadente. Un oasi di pace
Villa meravigliosa, dotata di ogni comfort, pulizia e spazi comodi, dove puoi godere di privacy e rilassarti grazie al giardino ed al patio esterno. Ma la cosa che maggiormente ti fa lasciare a Villa Lucia un pezzo di cuore è Giovanni. Un proprietario di casa educato, rispettoso, gentile e discreto. Un uomo di altri tempi, dotato di simpatia, gentilezza nei modi di fare e galanteria dell'anima. Ti accoglie facendoti sentire subito a casa ma restando sempre attento a non invadere mai i tuoi spazi. E che dire poi del suo fantastico spaghetto alle vongole veraci offertoci come benvenuto. Une très belle semaine
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison à 5 minutes à pieds d’une belle plage et non loin de Syracuse, Noto etc. La maison dispose d’un patio ombragé et est parfaitement conforme à la description ainsi qu’aux photos visibles sur le site. A casa di Giovanni ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’ appartamento si trova a 4-5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ( a passo di bambino), in un posto tranquillo e lontano dalla confusione. La zona esterna è ben curata e molto vivibile, sia le belle verande che la zona barbeque. La casa è fresca, spesso il condizionatore non serve, ma in caso di bisogno funziona egregiamente. Giovanni è una persona squisita, cordiale e premurosa, per niente invadente; si è reso totalmente disponibile in un momento di bisogno e per questo non finirò mai di ringraziarlo! 5 stelle, consigliato!

graziosa e confortevole
Casa graziosa posizionata non lontano dal mare. Carino lo spazio esterno con divani ed una zona per pranzare con barbecue. Il Sig. Giovanni, proprietario che vive al piano superiore, è gentile e disponibile oltre che un ottimo cuoco perché una sera ci ha preparato spaghetti alle vongole fenomenali. Lo spazio interno va bene per una famiglia numerosa o come eravamo noi due coppie di adulti con due bambini piccoli che dormiva in camera con noi (le stanze da letto sono due). Due bagni ampi, soggiorno e cucina con gli utensili essenziali. La casa è fresca anche quando fuori fa molto caldo. C'è una comoda doccia in giardino per rinfrescarsi di ritorno dalla spiaggia. Bar, ristoranti, farmacia e un piccolo market sono raggiungibili a piedi. Il soggiorno ci è piaciuto.

Great villa with beatiful garden perfect for families
We enjoyed it there for 5 days and it was one of the best accommodation we have ever had. Very spacious villa with a beautiful garden, terraces for enjoying evening with outside seating (also with grill). Everything was clean, kitchen well equipped (water, wine, and fruits waited for us after arrival) . And owner Giovanni was helpful all of the time. He also prepared for us a great dinner (pasta Vongole) and took as to the supermarket to the nearest town for making bigger shopping.. We felt there just like at home. The location is just perfect, 5 mins walk to the beach. If you plan to visit Siracusa, just 10 mins walk from villa is a train station. Thank you, Giovanni, for your hospitality. We definitely recommend Villa Lucia.

Eine wunderschöne Familienreise
Ein sehr schönes Haus. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Giovanni ist äußerst nett, hat uns immer wieder leckere Sachen vorbeigebracht und auch für uns gekocht. Das Meer ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt. In der Umgebung sind sehr schöne Städte (Sirakus und Noto).

Villa Lucia è splendida, un giardino rigoglioso è molto curato con una veranda sul fianco dove mangiare all’aperto o rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare o visite. Base ideale per raggiungere Siracusa o le spiagge della riserva di Vendicari. Ma...la differenza la fa il Sig. Giovanni, vero padrone di casa. Ci ha accolto con pranzo a base di ricotta, mozzarella freschissima. Un pomeriggio ci ha viziato con un tiramisù alla ricotta..squisito! Una sera invece ci ha preparato una spaghettata con vongole veraci..superlativa! Insomma un soggiorno a 5 stelle. Consigliatissimo!

Truly wonderful villa
We spent a lovely week at Villa Lucia in August 2019. A peaceful little haven away from the hustle and bustle of Fontane Bianchi. Beautifully kept gardens and lawns with great outdoor spaces for relaxing and enjoying food from the barbecue. A very homely Sicilian interior with all we needed during our stay. And all just a 5 minute stroll from the beautiful Fontane Bianchi beach. You also have the pleasure of meeting the lovely owner, Giovanni, who greeted us with cold drinks and a fridge full of homegrown tomatoes, ricotta, ham and wine, etc.... Later in the week he even cooked us the most delicious ragu bolognese and then brought the biggest tiramasu you could imagine. We may have put on a few pounds while staying at Villa Lucia but it was worth every one. Thank you Giovanni for making a fantastic holiday even more special. Logement parfait
Emplacement idéal, logement très propre et fonctionnel avec toutes les commodités dont nous avions besoin, (plus jardin et terrasse). Parking gratuit juste devant la maison. Plage à 5 min. Et quelle gentillesse et générosité de la part du propriétaire Giovanni, qui nous a accueilli comme des membres de sa famille ! Aux petits soins pour ses hôtes !

Vacanza indimenticabile
All'arrivo siamo stati accolti cordialmente dal proprietario Sig. Giovanni, che, con un piatto di squisite fettuccine con panna e funghi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. La casa ben strutturata con comodi ambienti puliti, ordinati e arredati con gusto è resa ancora più confortevole dall'aria condizionata. All'esterno, un lussureggiante bouganville che corona l'ingresso, la zona pranzo adiacente al barbecue e due verande attrezzate si affacciano in un giardino ben curato reso accattivante dalla presenza di due vasche con piante acquatiche e pesciolini rossi, che ogni mattina facevano capolino dall'acqua in attesa del loro mangime. L'abitazione vicina alla spiaggia, raggiungibile a piedi, e ai principali snodi stradali ci ha dato la possibilità di visitare, in soli quattro giorni, la costa con acque cristalline fino a Isola delle Correnti. Grazie Sig. Giovanni per la sua ospitalità e per la degustazione delle impareggiabili granite che solo in Sicilia si possono trovare.

Typisch Italienisch.
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Herr Panico ist sehr freundlich und hat sogar sehr lecker für uns gekocht. Das Haus ist im original italienischen Stil eingerichtet. Erwähnenswert ist der schöne Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten auf den Terrassen und der Lava Stein Grill. Fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Sandstrand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

a siciilian experience
If you want a Sicilian experience and not just nice living quarters, then Villa Lucia is the perfect place. The villa itself is well located, lovely garden, fish pool, lava grill and perfect for outdoor living. The interior with local sicilian furnishings and family possessions is a comfortable home. Giovanni Pacino takes very good care in introducing you to the area. If you would like to enhance your experience, he is happy to cook a sicilian meal. There are also herbs in the garden for your use. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Lucia, especially the extra of meeting Giovanni who was so friendly and helpful.

Amazing accommodation, very kind and obliging host, lovely place to stay
It is a lovely property with everything you could need including a beautiful garden with outdoor seating, table and BBQ. It is a short walk from the sandy beach and railway station. The host was very friendly and always responded very promptly. He provided delicious local food when we arrived. We didn't have our own transport and he very kindly gave us a lift to the local supermarket and another gorgeous beach. He even cooked a delicious meal for us one night. Would definitely go back !

Home away from home.
We had had a wonderful 2 week stay here. The ground floor of the 2 storey house and the garden and patio were ours to enjoy. The apartment was very comfortable, quiet and the garden was beautiful and restful. We enjoyed the garden looking out from the house and while sitting out in the garden. The location was easy to get to the various sights of interest eg the island of Ortygia, Noto, Ragusa, Avola.. The owner was most gracious and thoughtful and promptly got back to us with advice or answer questions we had. We had a memorable lunch with the owner and his son on the patio, the pasta and cannoli was superb. Most of all we had the experience of being with them and truly experiencing the Sicilian way of life.

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist gepflegt, bietet viel Auslauf und verschiedene überdachte Sitzgelegenheiten. Herr Panico war sehr aufmerksam, kinderlieb, hilfsbereit und dabei unkompliziert und unaufdringlich.

Super host, super location
We loved our stay in Villa Lucia. The hospitality, friendliness and generosity of Giovanni, il "Pavarotti della pasta", is exceptional. He offered to cook wonderful pasta dishes for us and welcome us with tomato salad, bread, ricotta, wine, fruits, olives....he is indeed a super host. We stayed 6 nights here. The place is truly tranquil, but only a 5 to 10 min walk from Fontana Bianche beach. The house is lovely, comfortable, well equipped, and has a beautiful garden. It is a lovely place... Ancora una volta, grazie mille Giovanni. E 'stato un grande piacere e abbiamo apprezzato molto il tuo posto e l'ambiente! Spero di ripeterlo! Antonella

Una vacanza meravigliosa
La casa è molto spaziosa,ben arredata e accessoriata con giardino, veranda, barbecue, spiaggia a 5 minuti.Fontane bianche ha un mare meraviglioso poco profondo e spiaggia di sabbia ; noi abbiamo soggiornato da domenica 26 agosto a domenica 9 settembre e abbiamo trovato tanto sole e mare calmo e cristallino..un paradiso; in più la località è a 30 minuti da Noto e 30 minuti da Siracusa-ortigia così dopo una giornata al mare si può comunque godere delle bellezze della zona! . Il sig. Giovanni è una persona splendida disponibile, presente ma mai invadente...effettivamente concordo con tutte le recensioni positive sulla casa e sul proprietario👍😉

Bellissima vacanza!
Soggiornare a Villa Lucia ha reso la nostra vacanza molto piacevole ! Grazie all’accoglienza di Giovanni , che ci ha offerto tante prelibatezze locali e ci ha preparato anche una splendida cena e alla casetta molto graziosa e con tutti i comfort, abbiamo trascorsi giorni meravigliosi . Il mare è molto vicino e meraviglioso , il giardino della casetta è ben curato e i pesci rossi hanno reso felici anche i bambini! Grazie Giovanni !

Agréable semaine dans cette charmante maison
Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la maison de Giovanni, qui est un hôte très sympathique et bienveillant. La maison dispose d'un jardin agréable ou il fait bon se relaxer. Giovanni nous a fait déguster ses spécialités qui étaient succulentes. La plage se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la maison et la partie publique est très jolie. Nous recommandons sans problème cette maison et son hôte Giovanni. Katia, Christian, Ina et Noah

Il sig. Giovanni ci ha accolto facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. La casa funzionale e spaziosa è dotata di tutto quel che necessita per una vacanza al mare, e qualora dovesse mancare qualcosa, il sig. Giovanni è subito pronto a soddisfare le vostre richieste. Il giardino ci ha permesso di cenare comodamente anche grazie al suo barbecue. Comoda anche la posizione e la vicinanza alla spiaggia. Alla fine della nostra permanenza il sig. Giovanni ci ha salutato offrendoci un pranzo a base di prelibatezze siciliane. In conclusione giudizio più che positivo. A presto.
