Elegant and bright, it accommodates up to 6 guests in modern and well-kept environments, designed to offer comfort and relaxation throughout their stay. On the ground floor there is a kitchen complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and coffee machine, connected to a comfortable dining area and a cozy living area with TV and large sofa, perfect for carving out moments of tranquility after a day at the beach.
The kitchen leads to the outside, where the private pool becomes the focus of summer days. The solarium is equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas and a practical outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off when returning from the sea. Separated from the pool area and sheltered by a shed, is the outdoor dining area with barbecue, perfect for dinners and appetizers. Here there are also comfortable armchairs, designed to enjoy the shade, read or talk in total relaxation. A service kitchen with washing machine and a courtesy bathroom complete the ground floor.
On the first floor there is the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms with a balcony overlooking the sea and a third bedroom with a French bed. Two large, modern bathrooms ensure convenience and comfort for all guests. From the first floor, a spiral staircase leads to the panoramic terrace with sea view, perfect for enjoying the breeze and the colors of the sunset.
