Located just outside Syracuse, in the area of the Plemmirio Nature Reserve, Villa Opulentia is a splendid 160 sqm property that can accommodate up to 6 people. The property offers 2 bedrooms: on the ground floor, there is a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, while on the first floor, you will find a suite with a round double bed, sofa bed, and a private terrace with spectacular views of the garden, pools, and the sea. The villa features 2 bathrooms with showers and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island. Amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, 85-inch smart TV, washing machine, dryer, workstation, high chair, and baby cot.



Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful garden with a terrace for outdoor dining and, on the first floor, a panoramic balcony with sea view. There are two pools, one of which is heated with a whirlpool function, both open all year round. An outdoor shower with bathroom and a barbecue are also available. The dining table in the living room can be converted into a pool table. For your entertainment, there is a ping pong table and table football.



You can park up to 2 cars inside the property. The owners also provide electric bikes so you can move around comfortably without using your car. Pets are not allowed.



The villa is located in the beautiful Plemmirio area, one of the most stunning marine areas of Syracuse, just a 10-minute drive from Ortigia and the city center. The owners live in an apartment in the basement with a private entrance, except for the shared driveway. You will enjoy exclusive use of the pools and outdoor space during your stay. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee.
