A pathway leads to the exclusive area, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with succulents and large trees creating pleasant shaded areas. The main entrance opens onto a porch leading to the living room, furnished with two single sofa beds on request, a dining table, a TV, and it communicates with the independent kitchen equipped with a microwave, kettle, oven, and espresso machine. The living area opens onto an outdoor paved area equipped with a picnic table, umbrella, and deck chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The house is completed by a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms: one double and one with a bunk bed.Villetta al Plemmirio offers various amenities for guests, including a washing machine, air conditioning throughout the property, and high-speed internet connection.
