Hotell nära Sywell Country Park

“Arrived everything was locked and closed no contact number … was booked in for the week but first might had to go and stay at another hotel. Hotel would not refund the first night . Second night stayed after being completely locked out only to have a rock hard bed and a room that was freezing cold with no heater and a toilet that didn’t flush properly. Woke up hurting as the bed was so hard. Breakfast the eggs were undercooked and they put cheese on them couldn’t eat them . ”

“Noisey fridge in room, bathroom needed attention and some cleaning.Bed was comfortable good pillows … more coffee and milk needed in room”

“Disgraceful! Didn’t stay as there was no one at the property at 9:15pm arrival. Tried phoning them throughout the day to confirm and left voicemails. Zero response. 12:30 now next day still zero response. At 10pm a random guy pulled into the car park and asked if I was lost. He then offered me to stay in his home. Whole experience was dodgy. I booked and stayed elsewhere in the area later. ”

“The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was very tired; it needed a complete refit. The mattress had lost most of its support. The breakfast was excellent.”

“The lodge was quite good in terms of cleanliness,environment,and amenities in the room was good.The staff{Amand)was quite good,respectful and always attended to my needs.My only concerns during my three days stay was the type of people that stays in the hotel.In my second night stay,i had some policemen knocking furiously on the door next to me.This was exactly 03.15am.I couldnt get back to sleep after all the noise and shouting. On my last day,just about 05,55,the fire alarm went off.Apparently...
